This easy-to-use single channel mobile DVR is ideal for recording video on-the-go for a variety of mobile applications. The mobile digital video recorder has a single channel for an analog camera and captures high quality images with video resolution of 704 x 576 at 30 fps (frames per second).

The vehicle DVR records in MPEG-4 video compression format (enabling quick review video of evidence), onto a standard 32GB SD card* and features motion detection, cell masking and schedule recording.

The DVR recorder includes one audio input that allows audio to be played after you stop the unit and the recording (versus enabling you to pass live audio while the device is recording). This mobile DVR also operates on 12 Vdc at 150 mA, which makes it a popular choice for covert surveillance applications.

    *SD card not included.

Customer Reviews

Not a good showing for this unit.

Had five shipped before giving up. Many problems experienced: Broken parts, would not read an SD card, would shut down, using the format card feature on the unit would cause Windows to be unable to format the card on a PC ruining the card. Was told SD card could only say SD--no HC or anything else or unit would not read it.

Very Dependable

I recently purchased several mini mobile, all in one, DVRs only to find they were not dependable. The MDVR25HR has sat in my car and run for years and I can't ever remember it freezing up. I run it sometimes 24/7 off a high capacity marine battery. It takes a little work to hook up a camera and monitor, but it is the best unit for the money.
