I appreciate the time that Chad and the technical department has offered in the past. Recently, we learned that we had two bad monitors. We found this as I tested the cameras we bought from you. They stayed on the telephone as I walked through several tests to ensure the cameras were bad. The biggest thing is no one made me feel negatively about this experience. We even discussed the possibilities of all the cameras being bad and the possibilities of the two test monitors being bad.
