Mark deL. Thompson, President & CEO

                

Background:  Mark joined SC in August of 2006, as president and CEO.  Prior to SC, Mark was an executive at Dell Inc, in a variety of marketing and general management roles, including VP and GM of Dell Consumer Systems Group, and VP of Marketing for Medium Business Group.  Mark's previous experience includes 6 years in telecommunications at Ameritech, where he lead Ameritech's entry into the field of security monitoring through the acquisition of SecurityLink. Most recently at Ameritech, Mark served as SVP and GM of Small and Medium Business.  Mark was a Senior Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, after earning his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

                

Jake Lahmann, VP of Technology

                

Background:  Jake has been with SC for 10 years, and managing operations and product development for the past 4 years.  Prior to SC, Jake spent 6 years in federal law enforcement, including 2 years drug enforcement in San Diego.  Jake is our resident expert in video security technology, manages our technical support function, and is a key contributor to our product development efforts. Jake is widely known for his industry-leading views on the use of covert technology and has written articles for publications as diverse as Security Product News and Law Enforcement Quarterly.

                

Roger Norman, VP Operations

                

Background:  Roger is our VP of operations.  Prior to joining Supercircuits in 2006, Roger spent 6 years in sales and operations at Dell, including his latest role as Regional Sales Manager.  Prior to Dell, Roger worked for W.R. Grace, Bell South, and Asarco for total of 12 years,  in a variety of finance and operations roles including CFO and VP of Operations.  Roger's immediate responsibilities include management of our sales operations, supply chain, and IT / physical infrastructure.  Roger earned his MBA from Texas A&M.

                

George Farley, VP Marketing

                

Background:  George joined SC in January of 2007, as VP of marketing.  Prior to SC, George spent 4 years at Dell Inc, most recently as Senior Brand Manager of Dell Consumer's premium XPS desktop and notebook product lines, and of Dell's Gaming Initiative.  Prior to Dell, George earned his MBA from Michigan Business School.  George's previous experience also includes 4 years of entrepreneurship, operating a chemical sales and service company in Chicago, and 5 years in software development & business development for Bloomberg Markets in New York City.

               

Mike Compton, VP of Sales

       

Background:Mike is one of the newest members of the Supercircuits management team as he joined Supercircuits in September of 2007.  At Supercircuits, Mike manages the Major Accounts Sales Team, including both Enterprise Sales and channel management for the Dealer and National Account Programs.  Before working for Supercircuits, he spent over six years at Integral Technologies where he most recently managed the National Accounts Program for CCTV and the Physical Security markets.  Earlier in Mike's career with Integral Technologies, Mike helped build the foundation for our Distribution sales channel and have worked extensively with the dealer network. Mike is an Indiana University alumni, where he earned degrees in both Business and Criminal Justice.       

                

Laura Parsons, CFO

                

Background:  Laura, a CPA, has been with SC since October of 2005, serving as CFO.  Prior to SC, Laura spent 10 years in university accounting, 3 years of account management for more than 1500 retail stores with Sally Beauty Company, and 8 years in manufacturing industry as operations controller.  Laura's immediate responsibilities include managing our finance and human resource departments.
