Brian Wood, President & CEO
Background: Brian has served as President and CEO since December of 2008 and as Chairman of the Board since August 2006. Prior to SC, Brian spent 18 years with Dell, Inc, where he held a variety of executive and general management roles including VP/GM of the the U.S. Public Sector business and VP/GM of Dell's Large Enterprise business. Prior to joining Dell, Brian was a faculty member at the University of Texas at Austin and an independent consultant. Brian holds a B.S. in Biology from Emory University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Victoria Richardson, CFO
Background: Victoria has served as CFO since December of 2009. Prior to SC, Victoria spent over seven years with NCsoft Corporation, a developer and publisher of online computer games, serving as CFO where she managed the finance, human resources, facilities and legal functions. Prior to joining NCsoft, she was the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at ClearCommerce Corporation where she assisted with the preparation of company's initial public offering. Victoria began her career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Audit and Business Advisory Services where she served as an Audit Manager for multi-national, publicly traded companies such as Dell and National Instruments. Victoria is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
Jake Lahmann, VP of Technology
Background: Jake has been with SC for 10 years, and managing operations and product development for the past 4 years. Prior to SC, Jake spent 6 years in federal law enforcement, including 2 years drug enforcement in San Diego. Jake is our resident expert in video security technology, manages our technical support function, and is a key contributor to our product development efforts. Jake is widely known for his industry-leading views on the use of covert technology and has written articles for publications as diverse as Security Product News and Law Enforcement Quarterly.
Roger Norman, VP Operations
Background: Roger has served as VP of Operations since 2006. Prior to joining SC, Roger spent 6 years in sales and operations at Dell in the Corporate and Public sectors. In addition to Dell, Roger has worked in a variety of operations and financial roles for W.R. Grace, Bell South, and Asarco. Roger is responsibe for the SC inside sales, technical support, supply chain, fulfillment and IT teams. Roger holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
George Farley, VP Marketing
Background: George joined SC in January of 2007, as VP of Marketing. Prior to SC, George spent 4 years at Dell Inc, most recently as Senior Brand Manager of Dell Consumer's premium XPS desktop and notebook product lines, and of Dell's Gaming Initiative. Prior to Dell, George earned his MBA from Michigan Business School. George's previous experience also includes 4 years of entrepreneurship, operating a chemical sales and service company in Chicago, and 5 years in software development & business development for Bloomberg Markets in New York City.
Mike Compton, VP of Sales
Background: Mike is one of the newest members of the SC management team as he joined SC in September of 2007. At SC, Mike manages the Major Accounts Sales Team, including both enterprise sales and channel management for the Dealer and National Account Programs. Before working for Supercircuits, he spent over six years at Integral Technologies where he most recently managed the National Accounts Program for CCTV and the Physical Security markets. Earlier in Mike's career with Integral Technologies, Mike helped build the foundation for the distribution sales channel and worked extensively with the dealer network. Mike is an Indiana University alumni, where he earned degrees in both Business and Criminal Justice.
