Quality Value Features Overall Would like to be able to see a record of who has logged on remotely to the system. Some of your other model DVRs had this feature and I found it helpful.

Quality Value Features Overall When this DVR originally shipped, the "email on motion detection" function didn't work. This was a known problem at SuperCircuits (I learned later) but it took several support calls to learn this. Also, the DVR's hard drive died after 8 months of use. Luckily, It was repaired under warranty and while at their shop, they upgraded the DVR with new firmware which fixed the email problem above. Now it performs well and I'm a happy customer.

Quality Value Features Overall I was able to set it up in a short time. Had a few questions and some operator errors with the mouse. Was able to set it up to record. Haven't had much time to look over other functions of the DVR. So far I haven't found anything that we dislike.

Quality Value Features Overall Great quality DVR. I would recommend upgrading to the 2 TB hard drive with this many channels. It is very easy to install and you can be up and running in a matter of minutes. I really like the Mobile Access via iPhone & Android based smart phones. It is fairly easy to network this DVR on other computers on the same network, but it's a little tricky to allow remote access via internet or cell phones. Comes with 3 year warranty.
