The BLACK Line™ 700 TVL 36x zoom outdoor PTZ camera enables you to pan, tilt and zoom in on activity both near and far, and features high-powered 320' IR LEDs to capture high-resolution video day and night.
The compact PTZ camera features a 1/4" Sony 960H CCD image sensor, 36x optical zoom, 16x digital zoom and delivers 700 TV lines of color resolution and 750 TV lines of black and white resolution for crisp, high resolution video. The camera is also equipped with enhanced imaging features such as digital wide dynamic range (D-WDR) and 3D digital noise reduction (3D DNR) to reduce video noise, as well as true day/night (ICR) to capture sharp detailed images day and night.
The mini PTZ camera also features 225 programmable presets, 8 patrols with up to 32 presets per patrol, selectable automatic gain control, plus a 360° endless pan range, ‐15° ~ ‐90° tilt range, 0.1°~ 240° per second pan speed and 0.1° ~ 120° per second tilt speed.
The PTZ camera has an extreme operating temperature range of -22° ~ 149°F that is ideal for capturing video in cold climates and an IP66 weather rated enclosure to withstand a variety of elements and weather conditions. The camera also features privacy zone masking, back light compensation (BLC) 256x sense up and offers TVS 4,000 V lightning surge protection.
This camera comes with a 3-year warranty, 30-day money-back guarantee and free lifetime US-based technical support.

960H Image Sensor – Improves a DVR’s recording resolution. The camera’s 960H image sensor can increase a DVR’s recording resolution by approximately 30% (than standard D1), to produce sharper, more detailed recorded video.
Digital Wide Dynamic Range (D-WDR) – Gain a clear view in extreme lighting conditions. This feature enables the camera to produce clearer images in less than ideal lighting conditions. D-WDR balances the contrast of light and shadow to improve visibility in dark areas within a scene.
3D Digital Noise Reduction (3D-DNR) – Get exceptional video image quality with less noise. 3D-DNR incorporates frame-to-frame noise reduction with spatial noise reduction to produce clear video images with less noise, in low light conditions. Noise reduction is critical for video because noise affects image quality. Cameras with 3D-DNR produce sharper, more accurate video images.
True Day/Night (ICR) – Capture clear images day and night. In day mode, the IR cut filter blocks out interfering infrared light to produce true-to-life color images, and in night mode the IR cut filter lets infrared light pass through to provide crisp, well-defined black and white images.
Automatic Gain Control (AGC) – Boost image signal. Automatic gain control boosts the image signal coming from the imager to amplify and improve scene illumination.
Privacy Zone Masking – Keep desired areas private. Set privacy zones for select areas within the field of view, that need to be kept private while viewing and recording video.
Sense-up – Obtain bright images in low light conditions. Sense-up automatically enhances DSS (digital slow shutter) and keeps the shutter open for a long time to allow extra light into the camera to produce brighter images in low light conditions.
Back Light Compensation (BLC) – Ensures proper exposure of subjects in the foreground. Back light compensation adjusts the camera’s exposure in challenging lighting environments such as hallways and doorways, so the entire image of the subject in the foreground is properly exposed when there is a bright light source behind the subject.

big,heavy, not 90degrees
I live 120 feet above the ocean and like to zoom in on boats. This ptz says they go to 90 degrees but it doesn't. I can only see things that I am looking down on, even though I tilted the mount up. Even at full wideangle the horizon is 2/3 of the way up. the screen. I am Not happy. It is also very big and heavy compared to previous ptz's I have had, some of which could zoom in on the horizon. It should come in black.
Excellent value for money
This camera for the price is unbelievable, so far the specs and performance has lived up to its hype! My only wish is that it was available in black as well.
