The built-in infrared illuminators are automatically triggered by a photocell circuit to provide night time illumination. The super tough metal housing is weatherproof and is certified to IP66 standards. This camera also has a built on sun/rain shield to help tone down wash out during high sun times. This video security camera comes with a Sony 1/3" Super HAD CCD chipset providing 520 lines of resolution with a  0 lux rating. This surveillance video camera also has automatic gain control, automatic white balance, and automatic backlight compensation. Power requirements are 12 volts DC.
