Our SC Platinum high performance wide dynamic dome camera has it all – an advanced Sony chip set, ultra-high resolution, low light lux rating, and much more. Surface and flush mount option, tri-axis, and 90 degree tilt offer complete flexibility for just about any application.
This indoor wide dynamic dome camera offers 480 lines resolution, 0.1 lux or 0.0003 night mode low light rating, auto white balance, auto backlight, auto gain and level controls to easily handle the harshest of lighting conditions. Settings for natural, incandescent, or fluorescent lighting allow the user to maximize picture quality.
A precision grounded, aspherical 3 to 12mm auto iris lens makes for an easily customizable field of view and offers a focal range suitable for nearly any installation. The DC driven iris constantly monitors light levels and adjusts to rapid changes in fractions of a second.
This wide dynamic dome security camera outputs video using an industry standard {Video Out Connector} connection. Camera can be powered using a wide range of DC voltage ranging from 11 to 20 volts and automatically adjust allowing the use of 24 VAC making longer cable runs possible.
Finally, to simplify installation and adjustments, we have added a 2nd video output located just inside the camera housing to easily check both advanced settings and camera. Mounting screws, drywall plugs, housing key and easy to understand operation / installation guide are also included.
Features and Capabilities
Digital Day/Night – Digital day/night (also referred to as electronic day/night) improves low light sensitivity, delivers a sharper image in low light conditions, and enables the camera to see in the dark without the help of external IR illuminators.
Unlike true day/night cameras, which use a mechanical filter, the camera electronically adjusts colors during the day instead of using an infrared filter. This allows the digital day/night cameras to deliver similar benefits of true day/night cameras, but at a lower cost. Without the need for a physical filter, digital day/night technology can be leveraged for smaller form factors, such as bullet cameras.
