These new board cameras are sensitive to both infrared and normal light. In low light conditions, the PC504 family will shift to black and white and allow the usage of infrared illuminators for visibility all the way up to 0 lux conditions. Ideal for covert concealment, and for use with any of our infrared illuminators, our PC504 cameras are available in three different versions; our microlens configuration (PC504XS), our pinhole lens configuration (PC504XP), and our cone shaped “ultra pinhole” lens configuration (PC504UXP). Here is a day / night board camera perfect for any application. The super tiny PC504 family is only a 1.25” square, giving you a stunning 420 lines of resolution and a 0.1 low lux rating. Our micron lens PC504XS has a 3.6mm lens with a 70° field of view, while our pinhole PC504XP has a 6mm lens with a 40° field of view. The PC504UXP ultra pinhole lens offers a 4.3mm lens with a 78° field of view. All three cameras offer a built-in auto shutter and auto backlight. These cameras comes complete with plug and play cables, a one year warranty and a 30 day money back guarantee.

Features and Capabilities

Day/Night

Day/night security camera exampleDigital Day/Night – Digital day/night (also referred to as electronic day/night) improves low light sensitivity, delivers a sharper image in low light conditions, and enables the camera to see in the dark without the help of external IR illuminators.

Unlike true day/night cameras, which use a mechanical filter, the camera electronically adjusts colors during the day instead of using an infrared filter. This allows the digital day/night cameras to deliver similar benefits of true day/night cameras, but at a lower cost. Without the need for a physical filter, digital day/night technology can be leveraged for smaller form factors, such as bullet cameras.
