The ‘Badger’ field surveillance recording system is specifically designed to address these challenges in a simple, complete and flexible package — bringing the challenges of rural surveillance down to size and give you the evidence you want and need.

One of fundamental concepts of this field surveillance system is its simplicity. There are a lot of rural solutions available to law enforcement that require hours of training; this video surveillance system can be learned and deployed in minutes. All functions and connections are intuitive and are purposely kept to a bare minimum.

Our field surveillance system comes ready to go with our popular MDVR14 micro digital video recorder inside a rugged, weatherproof/burial-proof case with battery installed for over 3 days of run time. Waterproof locking connectors lead to a 25ft cable that connects to a super low-light black-and-white lipstick style camera with an upgraded 8mm lens. A 1" setup monitor, 9-hour charger and 2GB SD card are included. The Badger can be adapted for other cameras and IR units, but overall battery run time may vary.
